Terms of Service
Last updated 22 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
1. Who we are
Linkse (“Linkse”, “we”, “us”) is run by the operator of Linkse. You can reach us at info@linkse.in. These Terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of linkse.in.
2. Who can use Linkse
You can create an account if you are 18 or older, or if you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use Linkse. When you sign up you confirm this, and we keep a record of that confirmation. Visitors can view pages without an account.
3. Your account
Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens on your page. Tell us at info@linkse.in if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Your content
You own what you put on Linkse: your name, photo, bio and links. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and display that content so we can run your page, show previews and share images, and keep the service working. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for safety records.
You promise that you have the right to share what you post and that it follows our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Usernames
Your username is your public link. We may reclaim or hold usernames that impersonate others, infringe a trademark, or break these Terms. After you change your username, the old one is held for you for 90 days. Usernames of deleted accounts are held for 90 days before anyone else can take them.
6. Our rights to remove content and suspend accounts
We may hide links, remove content, unpublish or suspend a page, or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we're legally required to act on, or that puts visitors at risk. We check links against Google's list of unsafe sites and may hide flagged links automatically. When we suspend a page we tell you why and how to appeal.
7. Free service, no warranty
Linkse is free. We provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the service will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for the websites your links point to.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Linkse is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your page goes offline straight away and your data is permanently deleted after 7 days. We may end these Terms for you if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Grievances
Complaints about content or about us go to our Grievance Officer — see the Grievance page.
12. Changes
If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date and version below and tell signed-in creators by email or in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Linkse after that means you accept the new Terms.
